Juries and judges make mistakes that can result in improper verdicts, which can be corrected on appeal to a higher court. Our attorneys are experienced in the appeal of cases in both the state and federal courts, and our successes include matters in which legal precedents have been established, and matters of first impression decided, in conjunction with overturning the trial court judgment. All of the attorneys who practice in the appellate courts are still active in the trial courts. Consequently, we are effective at evaluating the trial record and advising a client, or prospective client, in conjunction with the decision of whether to appeal a case.
