Practice Emphasis
Susan E. Cartwright has devoted her 19-year practice to defending businesses and individuals in civil matters. Susan has tried more than 65 cases to verdict, primarily focusing on premises liability, commercial trucking, products liability, construction defect and motor vehicle liability. Susan acted as managing attorney for a large commercial insurance carrier prior to joining the firm. Her experience involved representation of the insurer and insureds, as well as litigation management and the development of strategic and efficient outside counsel relationships. Susan has been a frequent speaker on jury demographics and tort litigation strategies for insurance companies and claim handling associations.
