Kyle Briscoe joined The Peavler Group in 2009 after graduating, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. While at SMU, Kyle interned at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas under Judge Jorge Solis. In addition, Kyle was a Regional Champion and National Semi-Finalist in the American Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Mock Trial Competition. He also participated in SMU’s Law Related Education program, where he mentored North Texas elementary school children. Kyle is a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors legal fraternity, the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.
While at The Peavler Group, Kyle has successfully represented clients in a number of matters including issues involving premises liability, workers’ compensation, non-subscription, and transportation. Kyle represents clients with the goals of (a) alleviating the anxiety and stress brought on by a lawsuit; and (b) reaching a resolution, whether by settlement or trial.
Kyle lives in Dallas with his wife Kimberly.
