Kyle Briscoe represents clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation involving premises liability, products liability, transportation, and employment matters and appeals. He has additional experience representing clients in commercial and consumer matters.

Representative Experience

• Obtained defense verdict at trial for national retail and fuel distribution company in a case involving allegations of significant property damage as a result of defective fuel

• Obtained defense verdict at trial for national retail company in a premises liability/negligent activity case involving allegations of significant property damage.

• Obtained defense verdict at trial for national retail company in a premises liability/negligent activity case involving allegations of significant bodily injuries including a fractured coccyx.

• Obtained defense verdict at trial for national retail company in a premises liability case involving allegations of significant bodily injuries including knee and back surgery.

• Obtained dismissal of OSHA complaint for non-subscriber wholesale grocery distributor in a case involving alleged violations of the Surface Transportation Assistance Act’s whistleblower protection provisions.

• Obtained summary judgment for non-subscriber retail company in a case involving allegations of an unsafe workplace and inadequate training.

• Obtained multiple summary judgments for premises owners in cases involving premises liability and negligent activity claims.
