Greg Weselka had devoted his 18-year practice to representing companies and their officers and directors in a variety of litigation and government enforcement matters. After graduating from law school where he was the Managing Editor of The Law Review, Greg began his career with Jones Day, where he practiced in the litigation group. In his early career at Jones Day, Greg had the opportunity to practice with Donna Peavler and he remained friends with her throughout the years. After Greg became a Partner at Jones Day, he was part of the original group of lawyers that formed Jones Day's Securities Litigation & SEC Enforcement Practice. He continued as part of this Practice at Jones Day until 2011 when he decided to leave the big firm and join the great group of people at The Peavler Group.
Greg's practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of commercial disputes, whistleblower issues under Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank, anticorruption compliance issues, conducting internal investigations, and defending against government investigations and enforcement actions. Greg has represented individuals and both large and small companies. The Peavler Group provides Greg the opportunity to provide big law firm-type representation to clients at a small firm price.
