Practice Emphasis

Aaron Capps represents clients in all aspects of insurance defense litigation involving premises liability, products liability, transportation, and employment matters and appeals.  Additionally, he has experience representing clients in commercial litigation involving construction disputes, commercial debt collection and bankruptcy matters.

Representative Experience

  • Obtained defense verdict at trial for a national trucking company in a case involving allegations of significant property damage as a result of negligence
  • Obtained favorable result for a national wheel distribution company in a business torts dispute against a national wheel manufacturing company
  • Handled various aspects of complex litigation defense for a global fabrication company against claims of negligence and breach of contract brought by a global manufacturing company
  • Successfully pursued post-judgment collections for various clients
  • Handled deed foreclosures of personal property provided as collateral to a national lumber company
  • Filed numerous mechanic's and materialman's liens regarding unpaid debts owed by companies and successfully brought claims to foreclose on clients' liens
